Hi folks!

OK, finally got the rex. Needs a lot sorting (still needs running in, suspension is well past its best, etc), but I have it, finally.

Thing is, as you may expect on a 11 year old car (93 Type R) there\'s a few bits need sorting, including the passenger door handle. Doesn\'t appear to be fitted right. I want to strip the panels off and see what I can do to secure it properly. Thing is, as trim is notorious for snapping the clips as often as it pops them off, I thought I\'d ask for some advice first.

Any help?

Door cards are pretty simple to remove.  There are the screws you can see around the edges (3 or 4).  The one to look out for is the one by the inside opening handle.  Lift a clip and it will be there.

Not sure if passenger side has one as I only did the drivers side.  Its a common fault to have a broken passenger handle however.

There are three screws round the out side.  One under the flap where the lock/opening handle is.  Remove the plastic surround from the lock/opening handle.  Then there is a flap/cap to take off on the lower part of the door card, you will then find a screw in there.  Then you may find there is a screw behind the electric window switch which you have to remove.  On my last FD I can\'t remember this being there but on my new project there is one.  Thats about it i think.  Then it\'s just held on with clips...

Hope this helps
