wheres my water cap holder thing from

Looking at every other pic ive seen my cap holder thing is diffrent,
every other one ive seen has a 10mm bolt on it which hold the filler neck so can be swaped for a t11 one.
but mine dosent have the bolt whole.
wheres it from?
