boost issues

if i put my foot down in lets say second gear get to 4.500 revs the second lot of boost comes in fine but then when i cahnge to 3rd it doesnt boost as well and my dump valve doesnt work you hear the acctuator but if i let of then back on it will be fine again any advice?

Charge controle solonoid is playing up by the sounds of it!! the units that are bolted to the front of the UIM!

As above or the check valves, One or more is passing air causing the pressure to drop in nthe pressure tank until you let off ,and when you get back on the loud peddle the pressure returns.
