Need help with MOT. Bug eyed headlight wiring!!!!

Hi all,

Having abit of problem at the moment with my headlight wiring. I have some bug eyed lights that i got with the car but they have never seem to work correctly. All 4 lamps, hi beam and low beam only come on when the car lights are to hi - beam. They stay off when its on low beam!!??

Does anyone have any idea of what wires should go  (inc to the relay) where so that only one light on either side comes on when lights are on main beam and all four come on for high beam.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Oh just to note, i have messed around a bit with the h4 standard connector and found that the top live pin is always live even when the lights are turned off?? Is this normal??
