hello all.

Just putting a new heater in as the old one was spitting boiling water over my girlfriends shins. ouch:eek:

I have removed the aircon system, but can i also get rid of the fan assembly on the left? and will the heater work? or do i need to fabricate some tubing to bridge the gap were the aircon was. im not too bothered about just having a recirculating heater, but i dont know if the actual heater matrix has its own blower or if it uses the one in the white box?

id like to lighten this up as much as poss. while the dash is off. ta all

The dash is back on now, ive left the white box in place and put ducting to the new heater. warm air at last, hooray, and just in time for autumn

Was going to say you want fresh air for the heaters or you will be driving with misted windows on damp days!!

cool so ive done the right thing. i was going to remove it. i have drove this car for 2 winters with the only heat coming through the gearbox and firewall. so any improvement on that will be great lol.
