my second turbo doesnt always boost

I just brought a 1992 rx7 and there is a problem with the second turbo, it sometimes doesnt boost and when this happens there is a fast clicking noise coming from the engine bay, does anyone have any ideas what this could be.?:xconfused

Good chance its a dodgy solenoid or vac line !

I had intermitant boost on second tubby for a while, then I changed the precontrole & boost solenoids on the front of the UIM.... the 2 that are bolted together, and all was fine, till the overboost issues started
