The start of problems

After 8/9 months of owning it, it works. Most of you probably don\'t know the car lost a rotor tip after about 150miles of me owning it. So took it down to super 7 for a rebuild. Finaly got it run in which took a while as it\'s my weekend car, only to find the injectors maxed out (not the cause of the engine failure). So ordered up a secondary rail kit from rx7 store which once fitted leaked due to the rail. Jason (super7) decided he would manufacture his own rail as he felt the quality was not that great and he could than have confidence in the product.

Super7 fuel rail

I can say if you need a secondary rail get this one i\'ve had both his and the kg parts one in my hands and the quality of the super 7 one is far better and better thought out the standard mazda banjo fittings go directly into it it\'s a different length for better clearance (can\'t remember what of) the holes for the injectors are tighter (one of the places mine leaked) and there\'s a long enough thread so you can tighten the fitting on properly (another place where mine leaked) and the legs (don\'t know the technical name) are thicker so less chance of flex.

Austec raceing (afr tuning)

Austec had the car on the rolling road today to get it fully set up. They\'ve done a great job and given it a very smooth torque curve into the second turbo.

The car has only got a few mods. Stock rebuild Kakimoto exhaust from the down pipe back and an arc filter box, also the fuel rail mentioned above. Setup up on a pfc obviously. Running just 0.8bar it made 312.4 bhp at the fly and 246.7 ftlbs. They recon could have got possibly a bit more but started to get a little miss and i\'m happy to leave it there till my next step of tunning.

Will get a graph up when i get to a scanner.

Dr-Rotor

Glad to hear its all going well.

I have a KG fuel rail....it works well. No Issues at all.
