i am in the process of rebuilding a single turbo 3rd gen engine and it is alot easier then the twin i did in feb,the proble though is that the vacuum line to the oil metering nozzles had been cut before id taken it apart, one end goes to the air filter side and the other should go to the rats nest to connect to the nozzle hoses, forgive me for being daft:Hammer but if i have no vac to the nozzles will it not allow oil in,im trying to figure it out being a car tech myself but its bugging me,or is this a common trick i dont know about, thanks, andy.

It\'s quite common to just connect the two injectors together with a bit of vacuum hose. Mines like that, as are many, mnay others I do believe.

Connect it to the filter side and then have the same line run off to the 8mm pickup on the oil filter. I got a T adapter with 2x 8mm and 1x4mm and then plumbed it in.

do you mean the lines that go from the nozzles to the metal canister thingy to which the WG/pre control also go to? if so it is not really a vacuum line, it is just provides filter air. as such you can just use the little air filter attached to some of the solenoids, or just leave them running to atmos.

or you could take off the omp and run premix!
