Hello,

anyone thought about putting a 20b into an fc?
is this possible?
anyone got ideas on costs for converting a TII to run on 20B and wot kinds of figures would this produce or would it be best to stick to upgrading turbo n porting etc..

any thought welcome :guinness

They fit - with some work ;)

Hurley did one over here - it\'s on their web pages somewhere.  Should also check out a couple of cars over on the rx7 club or do a google for rxx7 (http://www.cris.com/~Asam/20B.html)

WGT has done one NA, just under 400 fly, seen a few done in the States Turbo with well over 500 to 600.
Cost just for parts eg sub frame mods,20B engine,Turbo, engine rebuild, fuelling,ECU would be in the region of 10K then the labour costs on top.
So budget for 15k

I bought an old FC EGi shell which had held a 20b done by Hurleys. It was a white 89 EGi, never did know who had owned it as the full car the guy I bought if from had receievd the shell in a bulk deal thing, the engine had already been sold to a guy in the Netherlands I believe
