Residue around dump valve

I was having a nosey under the bonnet today whilst topping up my oil and i noticed a residue around the holes or the dump valve and the pipes beneath, it was black like dirty oil, wasnt a LOT, a thimble fulls amount at most, but still got me worrying? What could this be, i\'ve just had my turbo\'s replaced so they cant be on there way out already, any idea? :confused:
