Gear knob?

Anyone know what gear knob this is that DS200 has in his FD, a few pictures down in this link?

Looking for a new gear knob, but hate how all the aftermarket ones feel.   Got a Greddy gear knob at the moment and it feels awful, cheap, nasty, etc. Looking for leather oem type fitment.

Anyone got any suggestions?

Looks much like a standard one but recovered. Could be wrong though

I\'ve been tempted to go for a nice firm German knob like this one (I\'m sorry, it\'s pathetic.
