another boost issue

just been to take my car for a spin and i dont know why but i have some boost problems..

my boost pattern was something like 13-9-10 or something(or mayb eeven 14-9-10) what could it be? what i did lately was replaced the lights and rubber intake hoses with silicone ones(one for crv and BOV) apart from that everything is like before...

have you got any ideas? i experienced fuel cut at 13 PSI
