Idling problem when cold engine

When the engine is cold and gear in neutral the idle is ok. But as soon i put in a gear OR put on AC the idle goes up and down around 300-1000rpm and almost stall the engine.

The hotter the engine gets, the less problem with idle i have.. When really hot the problem is gone.

Is this the TPS playing tricks on me?

*bump*

I have adjusted the tps, it was little off. But the problem still exists.

As soon i put in gear and/or turn on a/c the rpm goes up/down almost stalling engine. If i just press down the clutch i don\'t notice anything.

Some people told me to check the clutch switch, but i don\'t understand how that can change the idlespeed. Anyway the idle does not change when engaging the clutch.. only when i put it in gear.

No one??

I checked the ISC solenoid valve and it is within specs, but the engine stalls everytime i turn on headlights AND have it in gear. I tried disconnecting the ICS soleniod but there were no change..

Normal idling without lights/ac or gear is ok and around 850rpm..

Do you have an Apexi PFC? or a multimeter?

See what the voltage at the battery is doing in each of the instances, it should be a pretty constant 14v ish with no lights or a/c or about 13.5v with lights and/or a/c...

Worth a go, does sound like an electrical problem tbh

Disregard above that it works when hot engine. It does not idle correct at any temp with ac on/ lights on/ in gear. In neutral with all electrical off it idles ok around 750rpm.

I measured voltage when turning on ac / lights and it fluctuates a little (13.5-13.9v). I have checked grounding at the battery and the groundingwire on top of the engine.

There is no difference when i disconnect the ISC valve. What i understand ISC valve should compensate the idle when Lights / AC etc  is engaged.

It measures within tolerances or just (it\'s 12.3ohms), but i do not know if it gets any power.
Can i remove it and apply some voltage to ckeck that it moves?

PS: i have original ecu, and everything in the engine is original.
