Wierd electrical problem

Pulled into a petrol station to fill up today. When I was leaving, I was getting random beeping from behind the dash and the hazards were flashing randomly.
 
Any ideas what\'s going on?

Have you got an aftermarket alarm fitted to your car? its a long shot but if something was shorting out after u pulled up it might be that?
