lights wont go down?

mmm i cant post picture but
if you follow the red lead from the batery where it disapers. the realy on the left.
just down from strut
to the right of the fuse box.

and you see the 4 to the left of your air filter. just the one thats the same pins as the headlight one.

finally got round to trying this but the still wont go down so any other ideas?
