At last i have the engine bay back together!!!!

Still got to wire up the new rad fans but Thats it.

One tip...........

Try & get all your silicon from one place!! As you can see i did not LOL

Hi Lee,

Not sure yet. Just had her running to get up enough temp for the fans to kick in and seems like my alternator is not charging up the battery!!!!!! It drained down to about 6V so need to take a look at that and a few other gremlins first.

Well got home from work today. Took off the alternator and striped it, Cleaned up all the earthing points inside the alternator. Put it all back together. Started her up and now everything is working ok. Good power to the battery. So i decided it was about time to take her for a spin. Off i went (taking it easy as not been mapped yey) & still seem to have a boost leak. Its weired though when i get to about 1500 rev i get a noise like a party blower going off, but i thought that the first turbo kicks in mid 2000\'s?? Any ideas anyone???. So probably check all the I/C parts tomorrow and try & find the leak.
