Is this a safe Mod??

Howdy, I did this mod when I was running my single turbo, so didnt have the \'y\' pipe.
If you can block that \'y\' pipe off surely any bov nearer the throttle body will be better.

Oh right ok, would it be ok to run this setup with standard twins then?
 
I was under the impression that you wanted to release the pressure close to the turbo :2Confused
 
I can block off the Y pipe no problem, but would appreciate any thoughts anyone has :)
