Ive had my rx7 for 3 weeks now so thort id oput some pics up and share my new toy
Ill b e finally taking the car for its Mot retest tomorow so after 3 weeks and some very scrapped knuckles ill hopefully be able to enjoy it.
The car came with an apparent blowing downpipe and a small oil leak
the oil leak turned out to be rather large and the blowing after removing the turbos twice was tracked down to the inlet manifold. Not really what i had hads in mind for my first few weeks of rx7 ownership but from the drive today its definatly going to be worth it

Here she in a rare bit of sunshine

just cleaned

i painted the calipers front and back

found a knight sports boost controller hidden behind the glovebox so remounted it
have alos replaced the shiny dash panels with much newer ones as they looked very tired

new filter elemnets and i polished the hks pipes

a quick pic of the engine bay after much polishing and respraying a few bits

the front splitter resprayed after an entire day removing 4 layers of paint

after 4 attempts found a tidy way to route the earthing kit

and one more of the car outside my factory

ive got lots more planned but for now the only thing im intersted in is getting it out and enjoying driving it. ill keep the thread posted as the car comes along
