time for a rebuild

Got the heads up on mine fella. Steve says the water seals had gone and the centre plate was badly corroded.

Its getting re-built as we speak, so fingers crossed she will be back home in one piece before too long

not bad mate i think thats whats gone on myn! i am also gettin my air pump removed and battery relocated to the boot no space left with the new intercooler and rad! also my A/C has gone in the bin today

I got the bonnet from Scotti on JNE. The lad you know who was breaking the black RX7. Mine must be running at least 400000bhp now. Seriously i haven\'t a clue, it made 220 bhp on the first tubby at 4000 rpm but the clutch went when the 2nd came on, so only showed 267 bhp, but you can see the clutch slipping on the graph. Gonna get it back on come payday and I\'m hoping for around 300 (hoping for more obviously, but trying to stay realistic).

nah its always been red but i am wanting the car white and a red engine bay will not look nice and black hide\'s all the wire\'s you do not want to see lol

Im planning on geting my car booked into XO for a power run sometime soon so was thinking do any of you guys fancy it ( when your rebuild\'s are finished of course ).

yeah i did mate that was just matt black since i have a big space in my engine bay with alot off stuff gonce i painted it again with satin black then a lil clear coat looks better now with a shine to it!

yeah that would be good mate obv like you said are cars will have to be run in first like! but yeah i would be up for it!

Dont mind popping down for a meet, but i\'ll not put the car on the rollers as it will be graphed when set-up:)

Still have the graph from Pip at WGT anyway, and that does for down the pub, lol

Im keen to find out in what areas my car would improve power delivery wise and i believe the RR would highlight these.

Forget the pub talk thats for skyline owners :Laugh

Would be really cool just to see everyone elses cars and what mods make any real difference.

Looking forward to seeing your car Chris think i may have seen it about a year ago in silverlink at a jap mag meet thingy. but not sure :Laugh ? I still had my ItR then.
