Height adjustment coilovers

Just adjusted my coilover but i\'m not sure how low i can go. For now i have gone right down than i adjusted them back up until the springs were touching the under side of the pillow mounts than gave it a few turn to compress the springs slightly than measure and did the same for the other side. Is this the lowest possible setting?
