Completing V55/5 Registration form

I\'ve done a search, but can\'t seem to answer this question anywhere. I am completing the V55/5 Certifcate to register my RX7, have I got these around the correct way? Can someone please check their V5?
 
Q5 Make: Mazda
Q6 Model: RX7
Q11 Variant: FD3S
Q12 Version: Type X
