rubber bushes help!

hi all,
here are the advisory notices from the past 2 MOT\'s. The car (bless her) passed straight through both times.

Jan 07
Nearside front anti-roll bar linkage has slight play in a ball joint.
Offside front anti-roll bar linkage has slight play in a ball joint.
they both passed this year!

Jan 08
Nearside front upper joint wish bone rubber split.
Nearside front track rod end joint - rubber split.
Bottom outer rose joint has play both sides.

what the hell is an OUTER ROSE JOINT? are any of these big(expensive) jobs? or can I with very limited mechanical knowledge to them on my drive. The mechanic who put through the MOT is concerned that we moght be looking at new wishbones.

Any advice or help would be appreciated.

You can pick up second hand wishbones top and bottom on here for around £50 / £80 rear ones anyway,

I think it is around 1 - 2hrs job

I am in the process of changing mine with Powergains Motor Sport in Romford ( RX7 specialists ) if you need the nr I can provide that

thanks for the reply. I\'m going to look at posible kits or whatever. it all depends on price. I need a new set of wheels and a few other bits and pieces as well.
