My apexi pfc thinks i\'m flying :)

Well for some reason on monitor mode my apexi thinks i\'m doing excess of 250km/h during idle lol. 92, 3rd gen, jap, manual. Car is idling high but i guess thats the adjustment of throttle body...but could the ecu cause that too because it thinks i\'m in gear and moving so it ignores trying to idle? Or is it normal for an apexi to think i\'m moving? Something wrong with the neutral sensor in my car? Suggestions please .
