Kaaz diffs

The Kaaz website says that these are adjustable, does anyone know how? Mine was in my car when I bought it, I got the instructions... but they are in Japanese!

You can add and remove "clutch" plates in the diff but it does require a rebuild to do so.
 
Never done it on a Kaaz diff but this is what you usually do
