HKS Twin Plate Clutch - HELP

Starting to get the car ready for the Spring/Summer and decided a couple of weeks ago that it was time to sort out the slipping clutch .  Spent 5 hours banging my head under the car and scribbling down how I took out the HKS clutch......................but lost the bloody piece of paper.

My new plates arrive tomorrow so I\'m in the mood to fit them this weekend, if anyone has instructions or a diagram of which order the plates etc go back I would appreciate it.
