Engine Conversion Help

I was wondering if anyone can help me and point me in the right direction.
 
Hopefully by the weekend im going to have the rolling shell i\'ve been looking for.
 
But what i want to know is who would be the right person to go to for an engine conversion.
 
Im looking at doing what GT Culture did with there rx7 and putting RB20DET or an RB25/26DETT engine into the shell that i will be getting. I would need everything doing in terms of putting the engine in and wiring it all up and setting it all up and getting it running, i will also be running a stack dash which will all need setting up with it aswell
