gt1 mirrors

thinking of buying these mirrors,
a-has anyone fitted these mirrors before
b-what would i use to blank off existing mirror brackets??

i take it by the no response no one has them fitted??
found them in crescent for the fd3s -carbon gt1 with indicator and looks like they go on the door above existing position but will have to blank off hole somehow??any ideas? anywhere make a blanking plate for other aftermarket mirrors-gonna buy em anyway only cost £60+ship/vat-2 available

Blanking wise they look like they go in the stock position...if not then your best bet would be to get them fiberglassed over and painted

yeah wont know until they turn up but looks like the black plastic bit might replace the triangle bit above mirror and bolt to that:2Confused
should have thought of this before i had it resprayed -but you know what its like u c something and just want it so u just buy it :Hammer
just have to work it out when it turns up
