Urgent Help!!!

been taking parts off the engine, and found a pipe that was burst right through. it comes off the top of the air pump (which i just disconnected the power cable) to the lower of two pipes that go behind the engine. i dont have a pipe that fits, so what is this bit for and is it needed?? if not will it be ok with no pipe?

You need to blank them off, i made a temp blank off by using someof the existing pipe with a bolt stuck in the end if you leave it open it will vent into the engine bay. you dont need to replace the pipe if you have unpluged it, you just need to blank them off.
