5 point harnesses?

Guys,

Anyone here have 5/6 point harnesses?

I only have 4 point at the moment but want to upgrade to 5/6 point soon, but not sure how the fitting works? Where does the strap that goes inbetween your legs attatch to? Anyone have pictures?

I run 6 point harnesses on my car.....

I use the Roll cage bar to loop over the 2 shoulder straps.
I then have the other 4 set out evenly behind the seat using eyes, and bolted through the floor.

Have you got the harnesses yet?  As we are starting to supply Luke harnesses.

No, i was looking at some FIA approved 75mm strapped harnesses from Rally design for £100 each.

Do you use the eye plate things to secure them through the floor?

Ive also just realised that my seats are only 4pt harness compatible no hole between the goolies for the other strap. I need to buy new seats dont i? Or can i get around that?

Best not to get the dremmel out on this instance.....Depending on how urgent you are after bits and pieces....I will be selling my existing seats, subframes, and harnesses

p.s im back at the ring oct 5th-8th if your up for it. Got some AP 6 pots on the car now so no more worries about dodgy brakes!

Cant do the Ring on that date as the car is now retired for the year.

Its going to have a makeover fit for the TV....some big things are going to happen with this car over the winter months....and whats more...replicated 3 fold!

Should be a great write up if a magazine are willing to take it again!

I guess I could sell them now if you want them.
