Not got a how to, but if I get time at work later I\'ll write one up.

As for the oil I would use Redline Heavy Shockproof oil.

Agree with Fish.  Redline is always a good bet.

To change oil is fairly similar to most cars. Take her for a gentle run to warm the oil.  (Heat thins oil. It ill run through better.) Undo bung on bottom. (buy new washer for this as old one will be failrly manky due to position. About 20p from Mazda).  Filling is a mor awkward affair as filler is on the top (right hand side from what I remember).  You will be needing a sqeezy pottle and a tube to do this.  A washing up bottle (well cleaned out and a piece of silicon tubing would do (try fish tank air tubing perhaps). Unfortunately cant remember how much oil is needed. Quite a bit though.  Half fills box apparently.  As with most things it is an easy concept but an awkward (and messy) reality.

I recommend getting a garage to do it.  Easier that way.
