Hi

Chris Rees from Japanese Performance magazine here.

We\'re planning a feature in the magazine comparing old with new cars,  one pairing being the original Mk1 RX-7 with the current RX-8. We\'re looking for an RX-7 to join us for a photo shoot on Friday 27th July - can anyone help?

What we\'re looking for:

* An immaculate Mk1 RX-7, preferably standard
* Someone who can come to Chobham test track in Surrey on Friday 27th July - it\'s likely to take just a morning but it may extend into the afternoon

We can pay fuel expenses and of course you get to see your car in the mag!

Do you think you can help? Please get in touch!

Many thanks to everyone who has responded to our request for an RX-7 for the Japanese Performance magazine shoot. We had many replies and have now sorted a car for the day.

Thanks again to everyone and to the club

Below are a couple of my pics from the day.  Article will appear in a Retro feature included in October Jap Performance.

By the way the car is still for sale (no not the red RX-8 that is owned by Mazda).  Special price for anyone making me an offer at Rotorstock!!

See you there.
