DMDRIFTING

Hi all,

I have a problem with the front wipers working randomly on the RX7?

All other stalk commands work fine: front spray, rear wiper and spray?

Also last night the wipers stopped working after a long drive/drift, turned the car of and when i went back to the car the battery had died after less than 10mins.

No lights had been left on?

Jump started it of another car first time no drama and then the wipers worked   ??????

Gonna check the battery fluid levels today!

Could this be a battery related problem? Has anybody else suffered with this before?

Thank you

Laeeq

while topping up the battery; clean the terminal + and - also check the earthing all round the car.  There are 2 in front of the car just behind the bumper and are bitch to get to so may have to take a bumper off.  I had a same problem with lights going up and down inc vipers by itself.  It was them 2 earthing point at front and problem was sorted....:Hammer

Topped up battery, slightly low \'still an original TRUST battery\' only to find the simplist solution. Thank you Laeeq, extremely loose positive terminal

Tightened, and just completed an entire open pit lane track day @ Llandow, Wales with no drama\'s what so ever :Thumbsup!

4 new tires now on, Ferodos arrives today waiting on new discs lol good day though!

Thank you again Laeeq

Would anybody be able to expalin where the switch gear is on the RX7?

Quote from: R32 NikSorry, Sarah replied whilst I was putting it all back together.

It was the switch gear. Apparently the relay etc is all micro jobbies inside the switch gear.

Luckily Sarah has the EGI sitting out in the driveway, just changed it over with the one from that and away we go :):)
Copied this qoute from another wiper problem related post!
