Had trouble with both front tyres in that the side walls had split in several places but only found out when they were over inflated to sit back on the rims after a wheel respray. The side walls where bulging and on inspection they had split inside but you could not see it from the outside. :2eek

Ive taken them back to Elite Rainham and the tyres returned for comments to the manufacturer. Elite commented that it was due to pot holes!

Anyhow, the old tread pattern is no longer available and the new tyres are asymetrical. Said to be better in the dry but not so good in the wet. Any views on the new tyres.

err I think you\'ve misread the thread. I am told Eagle F1 GS-D3\'s are being discontinued and replaced by the F1 Asymmetric. Stocks are still held but are depleting so if you want GS-D3\'s you better get them now.

Back to my thread though, any views on the new Asymmetric pattern.
