Help Quick (What pin on the diagnostic port to test fuel pump)

Exactly what it says in the subject someone said you could short one of the pins on the diagnostic port to ground to get the fuel pump to work, can anyone shed some light on this please?

You\'ll need to turn the ignition on when you done that, otherwise the pump still won\'t come on.
