Hi all,

I have recently got some mazda OEM side skirts. My preference would be to fit them myself but was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of the best way to fit them.

I believe they were originally glued on as well as attached with double sided foam tape. What would be the best glue and/or tape to use or is there another way? Any idea where to buy the glue etc Halfords?

Any suggestions grateful.

thanks
Mike

Mike are these the rubber 4 piece ones?

Yes they are, I know you were getting some from hotstepper. I managed to get hold of some off another guy on here.

I have a feeling the recommendation is to get the pros to do it but am quite keen to give it a go myself.

Have you fitted yours? Let me know how you have got on mate or what your plans are.

Hi Mike
yeah picked them up this weekend, mine need to be prepped and painted. Gunna leave it to the pro\'s just to be safe. I would say however you decide to put them on, try to make sure there isnt a gap around the edges. As they are rubber/spongy, u dont want rain gettin in between creating a resevoir of water. Im sure u know this already but just thought id  mention it.
