I need to ask a simple favour. Im taking my engine out soon and my mate has a proper engine stand. He lost the plate that fixes to the engine so he\'s making a new one up to fit on the end plate of a 13b. I need the dimensions of the holes on the end plate like the distance between the 2 holes and the diameter of the holes. This would help out a ton and will only take someone 5 mins if they have a 13b sitting in the garage or something. Cheers :King

Do you think this will be the same as the 13b from an FC - If so I can help you out bud :D

i mounted mine by the front cover where the power steering mounts.  there are 4 holes in the side of the front plate and its flat.  Where are you planning to mount it?, where the gear box bolts on?  if i wouldnt trust the weight of the engine on just 2 of the holes.

Sorry but i dont have any measurements at the moment as i\'m in Cyprus
400 BHP - 650 KG\'s = 616 BHP Per Ton of Rotary Power

That\'s the way to do it! :Thumbsup!

I think the front plate is the best place to mount it but not sure. When rebuilding the block, where do you start first, front plate ore rear plate? Ricco if you could get the measurements of the front plate holes like in ants picture, i\'ll get you a pint at the next meet lol, ideally the dimensions of the 3 holes. Thanks fellas for the help, greatly appreciated.

if you attach it to the front plate, you can build the engine as you start with the front plate on a 2 rotor. Different on a 20b though.

My engine stand mount has slots in it and fitted without modification.
