Hi everone,
Not sure what the problem is but here it goes....

Car has been sitting for months so I decided to start it up... started fine the first time and second.. but when it came to the third time the car wouldn\'t start. The first and second time I didn\'t leave the car running long, maybe 2 minutes both times.

Anyway, I went to my other FD and took the plugs and put them in this car. The car started immediatly and fine on the first tick.

Anyway, I stopped the engine, left it for 20 minutes and tried to start it again... I can\'t start it?!!!.. it seems if I put new plugs or clean plugs it starts fine on first tick, but once they have been in the car for a short while.. I can\'t get the car started o_O...

Any ideas?

BTW, a lot of fuel seems to be coming out in the exhaust fumes when the car gets started *chokes*

you flooded it by starting and stopping it. cleaning the plugs/changing them gives the car a much better chance of starting as the plugs are not wet. solution.... dont start it and stop it, let it get up to temperature.
There are performance cars and then there is the RX-7...........

12.3 second 1/4 mile, terminal speed of 122mph (1st ever drag run on a TO4R)

engine built by....... umm me! now powered by a T51 Kai......

Just was worried as my coolant buzzer is driving me crazy, and my water temprature gauge doesn\'t work... any ideas where the coolant sensor is? :)... I guess the wire broke when the idiot of a mechanic worked on it >__>; what a useless guy :P

I\'ll start it up tonight when I get back and leave it for 10 minutes+ just need to get coolant temp working again :)
