help with greddy pulley kit?????

hey gents!!

i am just half way through fitting a greddy pulley kit as i have removed the air pump,

i have just noticed that when i fitted the water pump pulley that it is fouling against the coolant hose and clip so wont turn???

has anybody else had this problem and what can i do about it??

any help would be great cheers lee

Try turning the clip around a bit. The hose should not foul the pulley. Try rotating the hose a little untill it clears

i have tied that but it still seems VERY close

is this still ok?

Mines very close too but has never rubbed so you should be ok...

SORTED!!!

all i had to do was replace the original clamp with a jubilee clip and all is good!

was getting ready to pull out the grinder too!!! lol
