My centre console panel has come loose (FD3S) , so I\'m gonna take it off and try and put it back on properly...

how do I get the damn thing off?

I need to take the whole thing off, the foam bit and the bit with the switches on it...

(you know, the bit that you rest your left arm on - in an RHD car!)

cheers!
