apexi ecu / exhaust

Anyone know where i could a pick up an apexi and ecu for an rx7 1992?
 on ebay buy it nows are about £420 including postage from japan.. but then i might clobbered for vat anyway when it comes in ?

reworx seem to sell it for £525+vat, but id get £50 or whatever off the dyno if i get it from them.
Anyone know a cheaper place to get it or am i not going to find it much cheaper than what reworx are selling it for?

Also can anyone suggest a nice cat back system + decat thats not stupidly load ? at a reasonable price and place i could pick one up from?

only problem after this is trying to find somewhere thats going to get it get through the mot ? or would i be able to have some kind of mot map on the commander or a quick fiddle to bring down hc and co for the test?

as at the moment its passing fine with standard exhaust + cat + stock ecu
