Help- still an rx virgin.............also a crap mechanic

when i am on cruise control , i get a little \'stutter\', bit like dirty fuel or  slight misfire................ don\'t notice it on noraml, but maybe that coz i\'m pushing it fast!!

any view would be appreciated
