I did buy those deep dish revvies in the end.  6"x15 fronts & 8" x 15s rear (with 225 50s yum :spank )

They need re- painting & a couple of new valves + new front tyres (& I over paid) but hey ho, should look the biz & improve the steering/handleing.Just trying to find the time (&£300 +VAT!!!) to get down to Reworx & rolling road it.  Getting new rear brakes & new front pads too.
Now with added boost!  :burnout

Don, Tim tells me your not happy with the handling on your first gen. Heres a tip for you, I just fitted 185\'s to the front of mine and it handles like a dream, best thing I have done to it. Wide tyres and that steering box are disastrous.

Cheers, Ant.

Yup, what he said. I\'ve got 195\'s on the front on the stock 14" alloys.

i have 215/45/16\'s fronts and 225/40/16\'s rears with a smaller than standard steering wheel she stick\'s like glue, ok parking can be fun but its not that bad we had a pug 306 without power steering and that was worse on little tyres
