19" chromiz will they fit the rexy fd

tryd hard to hussle my mate for his supra wheels but he would\'nt part wid me.

i have got my eyes on these wheel on ebay from the u.s

thinkin abt gettin these wheels 19x8.5 front and 19x9.5rear the offsets are 38mm will these b ok ?

they will fit no problem i ran a 8.5x19 and 9.5x19 kahns with a 35mm offset and they fitted a treat!

not sure about offsets but my car is on 19\'s with what looks like stock suspension and doesn\'t sit too high at all. (lock is still good too, never heard them rub.)

Has anyone tracked alloys this big on the rex? Afterall the car is very much more go orientated than show. Just my opinion but surely having alloys that big on the rex will adversely effect performance, being so big and requiring such a low profile tyre. Excuse me sticking my oar in, the alloys look very tasty though.

I think the rx is desinged to handle the best on 16\'s or 17\'s so i can imagine it is a bit of a pig on 19\'s, not my choice but i bought the car like this. My old rx had 17inch mazdaspeeds on and went round corners like it was on rails (until it didn\'t and i hit a wall, lol) but i have not pushed this one even slightly on corners due to my newly created fear of walls, so I couldnt tell you. Never seen a track one on 19\'s though, there\'s probably a good reason for that.

Ouch! a healthy respect for walls is probably a good thing! I\'m planning on having some advanced driving instruction to make the most of this car. I figured just giving it welly isn\'t good enough with a car capable of what this is. Dave
