Short Shifter Noise

Fitted my short shifter on sat, piece a cake to fit in the end thanks to a few on here for the instructions... :WaveBye

Problem is its making a weird noise now when accelerating. Its all in place correctly and bolted in. Not sure if its coming from the shifter or the gearbox itself. The old original shifter was fine and didnt make any noise at all.

Any ideas??

mine did the same,i had to put some more sound deadning stuff around the the shifter,
