I did 350 miles last sunday on 1 tank of petrol.I was happy with that considering I was travelling with about 20 other jap performance cars and we were not taking it easy...  :god

Other ways to boost economy

1) Drive downhill all the time

2) Drive behind something big and slipstream them

3) Drive with the wind behind you

4) Switch off air con and turn the radio down

5) Drive at night only on sidelights

Serious hat on now, I do get about 25Mpg when I drive carefully in the winter, and somewhere like 15Mpg when it\'s summer time.  That BP stuff is expensive - Optimax is about £1.01 around here.

I filled up this morning so I was able to calculate my MPG - it\'s 17.7!!!!!

Pretty much in line with the rest of you guys, but then again I have to do a 1200miles round trip in  a few weeks. Still, it\'s mostly motorway so I should be able to report back on the mpg you get from a T2 when you drain a complete tank on the motorway  - a new mpg world record attempt perhaps?? Well one for the MRC anyway...
