help! unsteady idle/running on light throttle?

hi
my turbo 2 runs rough when on a very light throttle ie say at 30mph just cruising, gets very lumpy. also when stationary if i raise the revs to about 1500 it starts to hunt up and down. it will also idle unsteadily when started straight from cold but soon settles down after about a minute. any suggestions - i am sure it is something tiny - i suspected an air leak but cant find any loose hoses - cracks (yet)

When is the last time it was Serviced?

If recently try setting up the TPS. It could be an Air Leak but it its bad enough to alter your low end speed then it will make the car Idle higher.

Are you in Macc???

just got the car - dont know when it was serviced but oil does not look to bad. air filter is very mucky so chances are the plugs will need changing. have adjusted the tps and have got it running a little better. will give it a service and see how i get on. and yes i am in macc
