Sticking wastegate? Eratic boost

Went on the Thor Racing dyno run today and found out I\'ve got a somewhat eratic boost. Freddy through it might be a stuck wastegate. The guy running the cars also reckoned my bearings might be on the way out on the second turbo as it makes a fairly loud whistling noise when it kicks in. Anyways here\'s the dyno pics to see if anyone recommends trying anything?
