RX7 oost HELP

:Hammer need your help got a rx7 and i don\'t know what boost it was running (1bar) but it dose not run as it did. the boost used to come in really strong and stay that way. but now its really weak and at about 3 on rev a you can hear it hissing!!! and even the dump valve is not as it was (really quite) dose anything go on these at all or anything i should look for? many thanks :2Confused

Check down by the turbo`s see if a pipe has come off, if you got the standard dump valves it sounds like one of those has come loose.

almost certainly a boost leak somewhere fella, peraps intercooler pipes intake pipes, pipes to the dump vale if locaed elsewhere, pressure chamber pipes/checkvalves there are others but i would look here first, take them off and check them all even if they look fine because the pipes to the intercooler in particular have little rubber bands hiding leaks,

try these steps or look carefully at the boost diagram as it really is not as complicated as it looks at first so try and follow on the diagram what you can see,
