hi, can anyone help. i have a 1990 N/A rx7 which is running very rich the co is nearly 7 and the HC\'s are almost 2000. the air pump has been removed but the problem was there before and i understand a few people have done this with no problems. i have tried the adjuster on the O/S strut and it wont bring it down any more than it is - anyone else beaten this problem before. plugs are good timming is spot on for leading and trailing. thanks jon

have u considered a apexi as emmission without airpump are allways going to be high..doesnt make any difference if a car is turbo or na..mine were 6 on idle and that is with a apexi

how do you get through mot isnt the limit 3.5? do you know if all this unburnt fuel is what is making the car backfire like a loon, and do you recomend a particular unit, thanks jon

only solution is cat and airpump/or apexi which will allow u to alter fuel for test then reset by turning car off then on again or friendly mot station.yes the limit is 3.5co

apexi sounds fave- does anyone else do the same sort of thing?
does the fc have a cat? when i removed the air pipes the box i thought would have been a cat was just an exhaust baffle?
