Peugeot 106 Still Not Working

HI,

As some of you may know, I got a 106 for free the other day and I have been trying to get it to work ever since, After a good clean up and some new plugs it starts but runs a little rough has no power and only seems to get to about 4k.

I\'m getting a little confused now I have cheked lots bits and bobs its not an obvious fault can anyone suggets things no matter how stupid for me to look at..
